Customer Involvement is all about:
YOU making a difference: to our services, to our ways of working and to the improvement of your communities.
You tell us that regular, formal meetings and committees are not useful and do not fit in with your busy lives...we listened.
We have changed what is on offer to allow you to get involved in ways that suit you - we now have one-off surveys, online questionnaires, focus groups, an online communications group, Mystery Shoppers and The Senate. Much of the work the groups do is completed online, making it easier for you to be involved.
A new way of working!
In order to offer better ways for our customers to work with us, we have changed the way our team works to offer regionally specific support: to the North, South and West.
The North covers - Torridge, the surrounding areas, down as far as Bude and into Okehampton
The South covers - Torquay, Torbay, Exeter and the surrounding areas, as far as Cullompton
The West covers - Plymouth and the surrounding areas, and all of Cornwall
Westward wants to enable customers to be involved as suits them and we can achieve this by providing different ways to talk to us. This will benefit you, your community and Westward's business.
