We know that occasionally things can go wrong. If you are unhappy with a service that you have received from us and wish to make a complaint, we want you to tell us.
Customer satisfaction is a key measure of our service. By treating complaints seriously and learning from customer feedback and compliments we aim to continuously improve.
We define a complaint as a service that has been performed poorly or not at all. This relates to our staff or contractors.
A complaint is not:
- A request for a service
- A report of a fault or defect
- A query about a policy
- A request for information
- A dispute
